1. Traveler Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information required for booking and service arrangements.

• Following applicable local laws, regulations, and reasonable safety instructions provided by our staff, guides, drivers, or service providers.

• Obtaining appropriate personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, trip cancellations, lost or damaged belongings, and other relevant risks.

• Arriving at the agreed pick-up locations on time and being ready for scheduled activities and services.

• Informing Pegasus Vietnam Tours in advance of any medical conditions, mobility limitations, dietary requirements, allergies, or other circumstances that may affect the safety or suitability of the services.

Guests are also expected to behave respectfully toward our staff, guides, drivers, local communities, other travelers, and service providers.

By making a booking with Pegasus Vietnam Tours or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of Content

All content published on the Pegasus Vietnam Tours website, including but not limited to text, tour descriptions, itineraries, photographs, images, videos, graphics, logos, and travel guides, is provided for informational and promotional purposes.

You may:

• Access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Share links to our website or publicly available content, provided that Pegasus Vietnam Tours is clearly credited and the original source is not misrepresented.

You may NOT:

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking with Pegasus Vietnam Tours will be considered confirmed only when:

• The required deposit or payment has been received in accordance with the agreed booking terms.

• Pegasus Vietnam Tours has issued an official Booking Confirmation Voucher or written confirmation of the reservation.

• All required traveler information has been provided accurately and completely.

Until these requirements are fulfilled, a booking request or provisional arrangement does not constitute a confirmed reservation, and services or availability cannot be guaranteed.

Pegasus Vietnam Tours reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or cannot be verified. Any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

Unless otherwise stated, tour prices provided by Pegasus Vietnam Tours are quoted in USD. The price and services included in each booking will be clearly specified in the relevant itinerary, quotation, or Booking Confirmation Voucher.

Depending on the tour or service booked, the price may include:

• Activities and services specifically listed in the agreed itinerary.

• Transportation and transfers as specified in the booking.

• English-speaking or other language-speaking tour guides, where included.

• Entrance fees and activity fees specifically stated in the itinerary.

• Meals, accommodation, and other services only where expressly included in the booking.

• Applicable taxes and service charges, where stated in the quotation.

Unless specifically stated as included, prices do not include:

• Personal expenses and purchases.

• Travel insurance.

• Visa fees and visa-related services.

• Optional activities or services.

• Additional meals, drinks, or services not specified in the itinerary.

• Tips and gratuities.

• Any other costs not expressly stated as included in the confirmed booking.

The inclusions and exclusions applicable to each booking are those stated in the final quotation and/or Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Pegasus Vietnam Tours.

3. Tour Itineraries

Pegasus Vietnam Tours makes every reasonable effort to operate tours according to the confirmed itinerary. However, itineraries may need to be adjusted before or during the tour due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, traffic or road conditions, local regulations, operational requirements, changes in attraction access, or the availability of transportation, accommodation, guides, or other service providers.

Where a change is necessary, Pegasus Vietnam Tours will make reasonable efforts to inform the traveler and, where practical, provide a suitable alternative of comparable value. We will aim to preserve the main highlights and overall quality of the agreed itinerary while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our guests.

Minor changes to the order, timing, or arrangement of activities may be made without prior notice when necessary for operational or safety reasons.

No refund will normally be provided for activities or services that are voluntarily missed, declined, or shortened by the traveler after the tour has commenced.

4. Force Majeure

Pegasus Vietnam Tours shall not be held responsible for any delay, alteration, suspension, or cancellation of a tour or service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, severe weather, storms, flooding, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, government restrictions, changes in local regulations, road closures, transportation disruptions, strikes, civil unrest, or other unforeseen events.

In the event of force majeure, Pegasus Vietnam Tours will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers, adjust the itinerary, or arrange suitable alternatives where possible, while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our guests.

Where a service or activity cannot be provided due to a force majeure event, any refund, credit, or alternative arrangement will be considered based on the amounts actually recoverable from the relevant suppliers and service providers, as well as the circumstances of the booking.

Pegasus Vietnam Tours will not be responsible for additional costs, losses, or expenses incurred by travelers as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Travelers are therefore strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance that provides coverage for cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
