Vietnam Xplorer – Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

To give every traveler flexibility, Vietnam Xplorer supports multiple reliable options:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
  
• Bank Transfer: International and domestic transfers to our official company account
  
• Online Payment Gateways: Secure checkout with encrypted processing
  
• Cash Payments: Accepted for selected tours or last-minute bookings (Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City)
  

All payments are processed securely according to international standards.

2. Deposit Requirements

To confirm your booking, Vietnam Xplorer requires:

• 30% – 50% deposit depending on the tour type
  
• Deposits guarantee your seats, hotel rooms, cruise cabins, and all reserved services
  
• The remaining balance is due 24–48 hours before tour departure or upon arrival (depending on the tour)

3. Balance Payment

Guests must complete the outstanding balance via:

• Bank transfer
  
• Card payment
  
• Cash at our office or to the assigned tour operator
  

Once the full payment is completed, Vietnam Xplorer will issue a Booking Confirmation Voucher.

4. Secure Payment Guarantee

Your payment information is fully protected. Vietnam Xplorer uses:

We never store card details and never share customer information with third parties.

5. Currency & Conversion

All tour prices are displayed in USD, unless stated otherwise. International guests paying in other currencies may incur:

Vietnam Xplorer is not responsible for currency fluctuation charges from your bank.

6. Payment Deadlines

• Bookings made more than 5 days before the tour require a deposit.
  
• Bookings made within 24–48 hours must be paid in full.
  
• Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
