Vietnam Xplorer – Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• More than 7 days before departure: Full refund minus transaction fees
  
• 3–7 days before departure: 50% refund
  
• Within 48 hours: Non-refundable
  
• No-show on departure day: 100% charge
  

Certain tours with hotels, cruises, or flights follow stricter supplier rules, which will be clearly communicated.

2. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued via:

• Bank transfer
  
• Original payment method
  
• Processing time: 5–14 working days, depending on bank or payment gateway.

Transaction fees imposed by banks or third-party gateways are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by Vietnam Xplorer

We may cancel tours due to:

• Unsafe weather conditions
  
• Government restrictions
  
• Supplier issues beyond our control
  
• Minimum group requirements not met
  

You may choose:

• A full refund, or
  
• Free date change, or
  
• Transfer to another tour of equal value

4. Date Changes & Amendments

One free amendment is allowed if requested 72+ hours in advance.
Less than 72 hours may incur change fees depending on suppliers.
